We will be dropshipping your order and expect fulfillment with them within 14-30 days as we are working on transitioning to US Based local suppliers and warehouses. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
- Shipping Rates and Options:
We offer several shipping options for your convenience. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping options and costs during the checkout process.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
- International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Missing or Lost Packages:

- Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
